When you interact with this website or book a Shotgun Audit, we may collect:

• Your name and email address (via Calendly when booking a call)
• Business information you share during consultations
• Any information you voluntarily provide via email or messaging

This website does not use cookies or tracking scripts beyond what is loaded by Google Fonts (for typography).

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your information to:

• Schedule and conduct your Shotgun Audit
• Send you the post-call video summary and written notes
• Follow up about potential ongoing work, where relevant
• Communicate about your project if you become a client

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services which may process your data:

• Calendly — for booking calls. Calendly's own privacy policy applies to data you submit through their platform.
• Google Fonts — font files are loaded from Google's servers. This may log your IP address per Google's standard practices.

5. Data Retention

We retain your contact information and call notes for as long as there is an active or potential business relationship, or until you ask us to delete it.

6. Your Rights

Under the PDPO, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to our use of your data for direct marketing
